(a)
No later than 90 days after receiving an application for a hazardous waste facilities permit pursuant to Section 25200 or 25201.6, the department shall post on its internet website a timeline with the estimated dates of key milestones in the hazardous waste facilities permit application review process, which shall include, but are not limited to, the dates of all public meetings and the date for issuance of a draft hazardous waste facilities permit decision. The department shall note on its internet website that these dates are estimates, and shall update the dates as necessary.
(b)
On or before March 31, 2022, the department shall post a timeline, as described in subdivision (a), for each hazardous waste facilities permit application
under review by the department as of January 1, 2022.
