Text
Except as provided in Section 18930, the department shall adopt regulations to govern the construction, use, occupancy, and maintenance of parks and lots within the parks. The regulations adopted by the department shall establish standards and requirements that protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the occupants and residents of parks. The regulations adopted by the department shall provide equivalent or greater protection to the residents of parks than the statutes and regulations in effect on December 31,
1977.
