Text

It is unlawful, and a violation of this part, if a person to whom a license is issued is any of the following:

(a)Not lawfully entitled thereto.
(b)Has violated any of the provisions of this part or of Section 18613 or 18551, or any rule, order, or regulation issued pursuant thereto.
(c)Has committed or omitted any of the acts or omissions set forth in Sections 18058.5 through 18063.5, inclusive. The department, after notice and hearing, may suspend or revoke the license issued to a licensee upon determining that these acts or omissions occurred or are in existence.
