Text

(a)Any person who violates, or causes another person to violate, any provision of this part is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000), or imprisonment for not more than 180 days, or both, for each violation of this part, provided that the violation does not cause personal injury to any person.
(b)Any person who willfully violates, or causes another person to violate, any provision of this part, provided that the violation causes personal injury to any person, is punishable by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170 of the Penal Code for two, three, or four years, or in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by a fine of not less than four thousand dollars ($4,000), but not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,0
