(a)
(1)Medicare supplement contracts shall include a renewal or continuation provision. The language or specifications of the provision shall be consistent with subdivision (a) of Section 1365 and the rules adopted thereunder. The provision shall be appropriately captioned and shall appear on the first page of the contract, and shall include any reservation by the issuer of the right to change prepaid or periodic charges and any automatic renewal increases based on the enrollee’s age.
(2)The contract shall contain the provisions required to be set forth by Section 1300.67.4 of Title 28 of the California Code of Regulations.
