Text

(a)The State Fire Marshal may establish a schedule of fees for the inspection, approval, and listing of testing laboratories which test consumer products for fire safety that are regulated by the State Fire Marshal.
(b)The State Fire Marshal may charge the testing laboratories fees to cover the costs of the program specified in subdivision (a), including the cost of establishing the fee schedule.
