California·Code HSC Health and Safety Code - HSC·Div. 111. DIVISION 111. GOLDEN BEAR STATE PHARMACY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The department shall repay the General Fund the loan in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000), which was appropriated to the department for startup costs associated with the program provided in this division.
