Text
(a)All body art procedures shall be completed inside the mobile body art facility.
(b)The mobile body art facility’s doors and windows shall remain closed during procedures.
(c)Notwithstanding subdivision (b), a mobile body art facility may keep doors or windows open during a procedure only if the openings are covered by a
screen constructed to cover the entirety of the opening that is the equivalent of a 16 mesh per square inch screen or better.
