Services to Persons Convicted for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol and Other Drugs
The department, in cooperation with the county and the Department of Motor Vehicles, shall establish uniform statewide reporting procedures and forms for the submission of any appropriate documents or information from boards of supervisors, administrators of programs, county alcohol and drug program administrators, and program participants to assure effective implementation of this chapter.
