Methamphetamine Deterrence Program
(a)Any funds that are not expended or encumbered for purposes of this article 730 days after being deposited into the California Methamphetamine Abuse Prevention Account shall be returned to the private donor.
(b)This section shall become inoperative on July 1, 2013.
