Text
(a)The panel shall, annually and in the manner determined by the panel, report to the Legislature and the Governor those research projects approved by the panel, the nature of each research project, whether it was approved under the expedited process set forth in subdivision (c) of Section 11480.1, and where available, the conclusions of the research project.
(b)This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2028,
and as of that date is repealed.
