(a)
Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided and used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions.
(b)
Dressing rooms or dressing areas shall be provided and used by employees if the employees regularly change their clothes in the facility.
(c)
Restricted food service facilities and nonpermanent food facilities shall not be required to comply
with subdivision (a), but no person shall store clothing or personal effects in any area used for the storage and preparation of food.
