(a)Every license issued to a partnership entitles one partner thereof on behalf of the partnership to engage in the business of yacht broker without the payment of any further fee and such partner shall be designated in the application of the partnership for a license.
(b)When a broker’s license is issued to a partnership, if the partnership desires any partner or partners other than the partner designated by it as provided in this section to act under its license as a broker, the partnership shall procure an additional broker’s license for each of such additional partner or partners.
