Text

The Secretary of the Senate and Chief Clerk of the Assembly shall:

(a)Administer the constitutional oath of office to the employees of their respective houses.
(b)Attend the session each day.
(c)Perform the duties as prescribed for them by law or by the rules of their respective houses.
