§ 83117. — 83117. (Added June 4, 1974, by initiative Proposition 9.)
California·Code GOV Government Code - GOV·Title 9. TITLE 9. POLITICAL REFORM·Ch. 3. CHAPTER 3. Fair Political Practices Commission
The Commission may:
(a)Accept grants, contributions and appropriations;
(b)Contract for any services which cannot satisfactorily be performed by its employees;
(c)Employ legal counsel. Upon request of the Commission, the Attorney General shall provide legal advice and representation without charge to the
Commission.
