(a)
As used in this section, “voluntarily submitted” means submitted without the Office of Emergency Services exercising any legal authority to compel access to, or submission of, critical infrastructure information.
(b)
Except as provided in Sections 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require disclosure of critical infrastructure information, as defined in Section 131(3) of Title 6 of the United States Code, that is voluntarily submitted to the Office of Emergency Services for use by that office, including the identity of the person who, or entity that, voluntarily submitted the information.
(c)
This section does not affect the status of information
in the possession of any other state or local governmental agency.
