(a)The department shall notify the office of the Attorney General that the County of Napa or the City of Napa, as applicable, is in violation of state law, as provided in subdivision (j) of Section 65585, as amended by Chapter 159 of the Statutes of 2019, if it finds that either jurisdiction has violated subdivision (c) of Section 65584.08.
(b)Subdivisions (k), (l), (m), and (n) of Section 65585, as amended by Chapter 159 of the Statutes of 2019, shall apply for any violation of subdivision (c) of Section 65584.08, except that a fine levied pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (l) of Section 65585 for a violation of subdivision (c) of Section 65584.08 shall be deposited into the General
Fund.
