(a)
A petition for reorganization shall be signed so as to comply with the applicable signature requirements of this article with respect to each of the various changes proposed in the petition.
(b)
If a proposal for reorganization includes a proposal for the formation of a new district, the petition shall comply with the signature requirements, if any, of a petition for formation of the district, as set forth in the principal act designated in the petition for formation, and if there are no such requirements, then the requirements of this part pertaining to dissolution.
(c)
If a proposal for reorganization includes incorporation, the petition shall comply with the signature requirements for incorporation.
