§ 51015.6. — 51015.6. (Added by Stats. 2016, Ch. 341, Sec. 2.)

(a)On or before January 31, 2017, and on or before January 31 annually thereafter, the State Fire Marshal shall submit a report to the Legislature containing information, including, but not limited to, all of the following:
(1)The number of annual inspections conducted pursuant to Section 51015.1.
(2)The status of the installation of automatic shutoff systems pursuant to Section 51013.1, including a summary of the types of shutoff systems installed, and the number of miles of pipeline covered by an automatic shutoff system.
(3)The status of Line 901 and Line 903 in the
County of Santa Barbara.
(b)
(1)A report required to be submitted pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795.
(2)Pursuant to Section 10231.5, this section is inoperative on Jan
