When the Seal of the Senate is prepared in color, the following colors shall be used:
The outer circle and the words “Seal of the Senate of the State of California” shall be Popcorn, Cable No. 70203; the second circle and the shadow of each letter shall be Tobacco, Cable No. 70095; the third circle shall be Ivory, Cable No. 70002; the field of the seal shall be Forget-me-not, Cable No. 70012; the oak leaves shall be Evergreen, Cable No. 70036 with veins of Crab Apple, Cable No. 70149, Reseda, Cable No. 70035 with veins of Evergreen, Cable No. 70036, Mosstone, Cable No. 70155 with veins of Scarlet, Cable No. 70080, and Olive, Cable No.
70156 with veins of Mosstone, Cable No. 70155; the scroll shall be shades of Champagne, Cable No. 70091 and Oakwood, Cable No. 70094; the word “Legis,”
