(a)A member who elects to receive service credit under Section 21353, as authorized by subdivision (c) of Section 21070, for time during which he or she was subject to Section 21077, shall contribute in a lump sum or by installments, over that period and subject to minimum payments as may be prescribed by regulations of the board, an amount equal to the contributions he or she would have made had he or she not been subject to Section 21077, plus an amount equal to the interest, to the date of completion of payments, that
would have been credited to those contributions.
(b)A member who elects to receive service credit under Section 21353, as authorized by subdivision (c) of Section 21070, for time during which he or she received service credit under Section 21076, shall deposit in t
