(a)Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 14678, the Department of General Services may enter into agreements with the federal government, including the Urban Mass Transportation Administration, and local agencies to implement demonstration employee mass transportation programs under which the revenues of the project in the form of parking fees are used to repay the costs of the program. For those purposes, the revenue from parking fees generated by the parking facility or facilities in the project shall be allocated to the project pursuant to the agreement. This subdivision shall apply only to the
Van Nuys State Office Building.
