(a)The Resources Agency succeeds to and is vested with all the duties, powers, purposes, responsibilities, and jurisdiction vested in the Health and Welfare Agency in respect to the Office of Atomic Energy Development and Radiation Protection, which, by Section 12803, is renamed the Office of Nuclear Energy and transferred to the Resources Agency.
The Secretary of the Resources Agency succeeds to and is vested with all the duties, powers, purposes, responsibilities, and jurisdiction vested in the Administrator of the Health and Welfare Agency in respect to the Office of
Atomic Energy Development and Radiation Protection.
