(a)In this section, “order” means any approval, consent, authorization, exemption, denial, prohibition, requirement, or other administrative action, applicable to a specific case.
(b)Upon the operative date of this section, as amended during the 2019–20 legislative session, the office of the Commissioner of Business Oversight and the Department of Business Oversight shall be renamed the office of the Commissioner of Financial Protection and Innovation and the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.
