Text
Whenever the director cancels the registration of, or refuses to register, any pesticide currently registered by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the director shall provide the applicant or registrant with the basis for the decision and the reasons why a conclusion different from, contrary to, or inconsistent with, the conclusion and findings of the United States Environmental Protection Agency was reached.
