Text

The Commission on Teacher Credentialing shall by rule or regulation establish the requirements for the following:
(a)
The issuance and the renewal of permits authorizing service in the care, development, and instruction of children in childcare and development programs, as well as the issuance of emergency permits for this purpose.
(b)
The issuance and renewal of permits authorizing supervision of a childcare and development program, as well as the issuance of emergency permits for this purpose.
(c)
The periods of duration of the permits set forth in this section.
