§ 22115.2. — 22115.2. (Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 218, Sec. 5.)
“Concurrent membership” means membership in the Defined Benefit Program by an individual who is credited with service that is not used as a basis for benefits under any other public retirement system and is also a member of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System, the Legislators’ Retirement System, the University of California Retirement System, county retirement systems established under Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 31450) of Part 3 of Division 4 of Title 3 of the Government Code, or the San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System.
