As used in this chapter:
(a)“Board” means the State Allocation Board.
(b)“Director” means the Director of Education for kindergarten and grades 1 to 12, inclusive.
(c)Notwithstanding any other law, the term “project” shall be deemed to include any or all of the purposes for which a school district has applied for apportionments under this chapter, pursuant to any
regulations that the State Allocation Board may adopt.
(d)“Grade level maintained by a district” means any of the following:
(1)The kindergarten, if any, and grades 1 to 6, inclusive, or grades 1 to 8, inclusive, maintained by an elementary school district or a unified school district.
(2)Grades 7 to 12, inclusive, grades 9 to 12, inclusive, or grades 7 to 10, inclusive, maintained by a high school district or unified sc
