§ 1739.2. — 1739.2. (Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 69.)

California·Code CIV Civil Code - CIV·Div. 3. DIVISION 3. OBLIGATIONS·Title 1.1.·Part 4. TITLE 1.1. SALE AND MANUFACTURE OF POLITICAL ITEMS
For purposes of this title, an “original political item” is any political item produced during any electoral campaign for use in support of or in opposition to any candidate or ballot proposition before the voters in that campaign.
