The notice of attachment shall inform the person notified of all of the following:
(a)
The capacity in which the person is notified.
(b)
The specific property which is sought to be attached.
(c)
The person’s rights under the attachment, including the right to make a third-party claim pursuant to Division 4 (commencing with Section 720.010) of Title 9.
(d) The person’s duties under the attachment.
