(a)Whenever a qualified manager ceases to be in active charge of the business, the license shall be automatically suspended within 30 days unless the licensee notifies the bureau within the 30-day period of such cessation.
(b)Whenever a designated branch office manager ceases management of a registered branch office, the branch office registration shall be automatically suspended within 30 days unless the qualified manager notifies the bureau within the 30-day period of such cessation.
(c)If the notice of cessation is filed timely, the license or branch office registration shall remain in force for a period of 90 days after cessation or for an additional period, not to exceed one year, as specified by the director.
