(a)
Each baton training facility shall be required to retain for two years the following information regarding each student:
(1)
The student’s name.
(2)
The date of course completion.
(3)
Any information regarding the passage or failure of the baton training course.
(4)
The instructor’s name.
(5)
Written examination scores.
(b)
Records shall be made available for examination by the bureau on demand.
(c)
Each baton training facility shall have a written procedure for the security of the examinations and the baton certificates which shall be made available for inspection by the bureau on demand.
