The board shall establish by regulation a schedule of administrative fines for violations of this chapter that directly impact consumer safety. All moneys collected under this section shall be deposited in the board’s contingent fund. The schedule shall indicate for each type of violation whether, in the board’s discretion, the violation can be corrected. The board shall ensure that it and the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education do not issue citations for the same violation.
