Text

(a)A licensed architect who is responsible for supervising a person using the title “architect-in-training” pursuant to Section 5500.2 shall be subject to disciplinary actions for any violations of this chapter committed by the person using that title within the course and scope of their employment.
(b)This section shall become operative on January 1, 2027.
(c)This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2037, and as of that date is repealed.
