§ 4955.2. — 4955.2. (Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 714, Sec. 10.)

California·Code BPC Business and Professions Code - BPC·Div. 2. DIVISION 2. HEALING ARTS·Ch. 12. CHAPTER 12. Acupuncture·Art. 4. ARTICLE 4. Enforcement

The board may deny, suspend, revoke, or impose probationary conditions upon the license of any acupuncturist if he or she is guilty of committing any one of the following:

(a)Gross negligence.
(b)Repeated negligent acts.
(c)Incompetence.
