(a)A person that is licensed as a wholesaler, third-party logistics provider, or veterinary food-animal drug retailer, shall notify the board within 30 days of the termination of employment of the designated representative-in-charge or responsible manager. Failure to notify the board within the 30-day period shall constitute grounds for disciplinary action.
(b)A person that is licensed as a wholesaler, third-party logistics provider, or veterinary food-animal drug retailer, that willfully fails to notify the board of the termination of employment of the designated representative-in-charge or responsible manager at its licensed place of business, and that continues to operate the place of business in the absence of the designated representative-in-charge or responsible manager for t
