§ 403. — 403. (Amended by Stats. 1971, Ch. 716.)

Any building constructed by the Department of Consumer Affairs under this chapter shall be subject to the supervision of the Department of Consumer Affairs in accordance with rules and regulations established by the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Department of General Services. The Department of Consumer Affairs may, with the approval of the Department of General Services, rent the space therein to any other department and to any board or agency for such rentals and upon such terms and conditions as the Department of Consumer Affairs deems fit. The costs of operation, maintenance, repairs, and other reasonable and necessary expenses shall be paid from rentals.
