§ 2999.101. — 2999.101. (Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 787, Sec. 50.)

California·Code BPC Business and Professions Code - BPC·Div. 2. DIVISION 2. HEALING ARTS·Ch. 6.6. CHAPTER 6.6. Psychologists·Art. 10. ARTICLE 10. Psychological Testing Technicians

To register as a psychological testing technician, a person shall submit the following to the board:

(a)An application that includes the following information:
(1)The applicant’s name, identification, and contact information.
(2)The applicant’s supervisor’s name, license number, and contact information.
(3)Attestation under penalty of perjury that the information provided on the application is true and correct.
(b)
(1)Proof of completion of a bachelor’s degree or graduate degree, or proof of current enrollment in a graduate degree program, from a regionally accredited university, college, or professional school, in any of the following areas:
(A)Psychology, including any field of specialization.
(B)Education, with the field of specialization in educational psychology, counseli
