§ 2815. — 2815. (Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 413, Sec. 16.)

Subject to the provisions of Section 128.5, the amount of the fees prescribed by this chapter in connection with the issuance of licenses for registered nurses under its provisions is that fixed by the following schedule:

(a)
(1)The fee to be paid upon the filing by a graduate of an approved school of nursing in this state of an application for a licensure by examination shall be fixed by the board at not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
(2)The fee to be paid upon the filing by a graduate of a school of nursing in another state, district, or territory of the United States of an application for a licensure by examination shall be fixed by the board at not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
