§ 26224. — 26224. (Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 27, Sec. 107.)

California·Code BPC Business and Professions Code - BPC·Div. 10. DIVISION 10. Cannabis·Ch. 22. CHAPTER 22. Cannabis Cooperative Associations·Art. 4. ARTICLE 4. Articles of Incorporation

The articles of incorporation of an association shall show that the signers of the articles of incorporation are engaged in the cultivation of cannabis products, and that they propose to incorporate an association pursuant to this chapter, and shall state all of the following:

(a)The name of the association.
(b)The purposes for which it is formed.
(c)The city, county, or city and county where the principal office for the transaction of business of the association is to be located.
(d)The number of directors of the association, which shall not be less than three, and the names and addresses of the persons who are to serve as first directors.
