§ 2531.3. — 2531.3. (Amended by Stats. 1997, Ch. 758, Sec. 11.)

The board shall examine every applicant for a speech-language pathology license or an audiology license at the time and place designated by the board in its discretion, but at least once in each year; and for that purpose may appoint qualified persons to give the whole or any portion of the examination, who shall be designated as commissioners on examination. A commissioner on examination need not be a member of the board, but shall be subject to the same rules and regulations and shall be entitled to the same fee as if he or she were a member of the board. The board shall perform all examination functions, including but not limited to, participation in uniform examination systems.
