Text

(a)This chapter shall not apply to cameras installed in vehicles that are primarily for commercial use, including buses, as defined in Section 233 of the Vehicle Code, motortrucks, as defined in Section 410 of the Vehicle Code, and truck tractors, as defined in Section 655 of the Vehicle Code.
(b)Nothing in this chapter authorizes the sale or advertising for commercial use of any image or video depicting a commercial driver without their consent.
