Aiding, abetting, or knowingly combining or conspiring with an unlicensed person engaged in a business regulated by this chapter, to evade the provisions of this chapter, or allowing one’s license or registry number to be used by an unlicensed person to evade the provisions of this chapter is grounds for disciplinary action.
