(a)The Secretary of State shall not file articles for the incorporation of the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation or an amendment to the articles unless the office of the Attorney General has issued written approval of the articles or amendment.
(b)The Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation shall not adopt any bylaws or amendments thereto without the written consent of the office of the Attorney General. If the office of the Attorney General does not approve or
disapprove any bylaws or amendments within 60 days of receipt, such bylaws or amendments shall be deemed to be approved.
