(a)
(1)A seller of travel shall not receive any money or other valuable consideration in payment for air or sea transportation or other travel services offered by the seller of travel unless at the time of or prior to the receipt of payment, the seller of travel first furnishes to the person making that payment written materials conspicuously setting forth the following information:
(A)The name and business address and telephone number of the seller of travel.
(B)The total amount to be paid by or on behalf of the passenger, amount paid to date, the date of any future payment, the purpose of the payment made, and an itemized statement of the balance due, if any.
