Any advertisement that offers free or discounted transportation or certificates to obtain transportation and that requires the consumer to purchase accommodations through or from a particular source, or any advertisement that offers free or discounted accommodations or certificates to obtain accommodations and that requires the consumer to purchase transportation through or from a particular source, shall set forth in close proximity to each reference to free or discounted transportation or accommodations, in a size and prominence no less than the largest print in the reference, the total price that shall be paid by the consumer for the combination of transportation and accommodations.
