Text

(a)The bureau shall give notice of a decision rendered with respect to the application to the claimant and to a judgment debtor pursuant to Section 11413.1.
(b)If the application is denied, the notice to the claimant and judgment debtor shall include the following: “Claimant’s application has been denied. If the claimant wishes to pursue the application in court, the claimant must file the application as follows in a superior court of this state not later than six months after receipt of this notice, pursuant to Section 11417.3 of the Business and Professions Code. If the underlying judgment is a California state court judgment, the application shall be filed in the court in which the underlying judgment was entered.
