Text

A.No person other than a natural person shall dispose of solid waste at a solid waste landfill within the boundaries of this state unless the facility meets the applicable requirements of titles III and IV of the federal water pollution control act amendments of 1972, as amended (P.L. 92-500; 86 Stat. 816; 33 United States Code section 1151), and one of the following: 1. 40 Code of Federal Regulations part 257 as amended on October 9, 1991 and October 1, 1993 and, if applicable, beginning October 9, 1993, 40 Code of Federal Regulations part 258, as promulgated on October 9, 1991 and amended on October 1, 1993.
2.A solid waste facility plan approval pursuant to section 49-762 that was issued after October 1, 1993.
