Text

To qualify for short-term crisis services, an applicant shall prove that the applicant meets all of the following requirements: 1. The applicant is a resident of this state at the time of application. 2. The applicant is experiencing a short-term crisis that will cause homelessness or the interruption of heating or cooling at the applicant's residence. 3. The total gross countable income of the applicant's household does not exceed:

(a)One hundred twenty-five per cent of the federal poverty guidelines.
(b)One hundred fifty per cent of the federal poverty guidelines if the household includes a person with a disability or elderly person.
