A.Any recipient of assistance granted under this title, except temporary assistance for needy families, desiring to reside outside the state for a period of not to exceed thirty days shall execute a form provided by the state department. Any recipient receiving temporary assistance for needy families under this title and desiring to reside outside the state for a period of not to exceed thirty days shall execute a form provided by the state department. The form shall require the recipient to express the recipient's intent as to establishing legal residence outside the state, or the recipient's intent to return to the state within thirty days. If it is the intent of the recipient to establish legal residence outside the state, the recipient may continue to receive assistance from this stat
